These Terms of Use govern your use of frehnico.com, operated by Frehnico LLP, trading as Frehnico (“Frehnico,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. About Frehnico

Frehnico provides information and consulting support relating to franchise opportunities, real estate, business investment, private equity and startup fundraising.

The scope of any paid engagement, deliverables, fees and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement. Browsing this website or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, appoint Frehnico as your adviser or create a service engagement.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for general information and preliminary evaluation. It does not constitute a binding offer, an invitation to subscribe for securities or a recommendation to enter a particular transaction.

Unless expressly provided under an appropriate written engagement and permitted by applicable law, website content is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Frehnico does not guarantee franchise approval, funding, investment returns, revenue, profitability, occupancy, business performance or a particular payback period.

Any projections, illustrations or historical results are provided for context and are not promises of future performance. Business and investment activities involve risk, including the possible loss of invested capital.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when contacting us.

• Ensuring you are authorised to share any documents or information you submit.

• Conducting appropriate due diligence on opportunities and counterparties.

• Reviewing financial assumptions, commercial terms and legal documents.

• Obtaining necessary professional advice, licences and approvals.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into any agreement associated with services you request.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• Submit unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or abusive material.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.

Any agreement you enter into with a franchisor, seller, developer, investor or other counterparty is governed by its own terms. Frehnico’s responsibilities, if any, will be those expressly agreed in writing.

10. Fees, referrals and conflicts

Fees, payment schedules, cancellation provisions and any refund terms for Frehnico services will be stated in the relevant proposal or engagement agreement.

Where a referral fee, commission or other commercial arrangement is relevant to an introduction or recommendation, Frehnico will disclose the arrangement and any material conflict as required by applicable law and the relevant engagement.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in maintaining the website but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information will be complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frehnico will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Liability relating to paid services will be addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date and will apply prospectively. Changes to a separate signed agreement will follow that agreement’s provisions.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction of India.

Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution of any concern. Subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes will be addressed by the competent courts in Telangana.
